How do I top up with my phone?

If we have an email address for you, as soon as your account is opened we send an email containing your virtual card. We also post a plastic card to you which normally you will receive the following day.
To download the app, scan the QR code on the back of your virtual or plastic card. (If you need to download a QR scanner Google ‘download a free QR scanner’.)
To activate the app enter the information requested – you only need to do this once.
Select the amount you want to top up
1. Click ‘Submit’
2. Check the information displayed
3. Click ‘Confirm’
You will receive a confirmation message that includes a 20 character Unique Transaction Reference Number
Normally a message will be sent immediately to your meter topping it up automatically – you don’t have to do anything.
However, just in case the message is delayed, you can top your meter up immediately by entering the 20 character Unique Transaction Reference Number using your In Home Display or the keypad on the meter.
