Yes. You will receive a top up confirmation email with a 20 character Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTRN) and the UTRN will be displayed in your online SMARTprepay® account
Normally a message will be sent immediately to your meter topping it up automatically – you don’t have to do anything. However, just in case the message is delayed, you can top up your meter immediately by entering the 20 character Unique Transaction Reference Number using your In Home Display or the keypad on the meter.
